i have signed up for 1 month vip access. is not letting me export dwg to pdf
i have paid for 1 month vip access. when i open a dwg and try to export to pdf, it is telling me i need to sign up for vip access. Has the payment not gone through, or is there another step i need to complete

Upon checking on our website, your VIP membership was activated and has expired on 2026-07-16 at 17:18:16.
