Data Handling with locally stored PDF's
Good afternoon,
We're considering Panform for our PDF needs, and have a couple of questions to ask around data handling. We will specifically be working with locally stored PDF plans for APAC private, and public entity customers and need to to ensure data soverenty and security.
Is any data transmitted or stored online when using local PDF's?
If logged in and collaborating, where, if any, is the data housed?
Is there an AU server for online collaboration?
We have users that utlise both Windows and Mac systems. Will a single license work on both systems, or will we need seperate license for each?

Is any data transmitted or stored online when using local PDF's?
We currently process PDFs locally, so the content of the files is never sent online. Network verification is only performed for membership privileges when using VIP features.
If logged in and collaborating, where, if any, is the data housed?
Currently we didn't support collaborating. We will consider this feature in the future.
Is there an AU server for online collaboration?
Currently no.
We have users that utlise both Windows and Mac systems. Will a single license work on both systems, or will we need seperate license for each?
Currently you can use a license across windos/mac/ios/android systems.
