How to Batch Copy, Move, and Modify Comments?

Batch Modify Comment Properties

1. Click “Select one or more comments to modify properties” on the bottom toolbar.
2. Left‑click to select all comments you want to modify.
3. In the Comment Properties window, adjust settings such as color or category.

Batch Move Comments

1. Click “Move Comment”.
2. Left‑click to select all comments you want to move.
3. Right‑click to confirm your selection.
4. Left‑click again to set the reference point.
5. Drag the cursor to the new location.
6. Left‑click to confirm the move.
