VIP membership error

HI,


I was upgarding to VIP membership, and wanted to change the email the account would be assocuated to. I hot the back button several times so that I could change the email address and change to 1 month swunscription. The next thing I get a Paypal and icrosoft emails saying I have been charged for 1 year subscription, but when I try to use VIP options it says I'm not a VIP member.


Cna you please fix this ASAP as I need to use VIP functions

To help resolve this quickly, could you please let me know which system you're currently using Android, Windows, or an Apple device?

You have two options to proceed:

1. Cancel and Resubscribe

We can help you cancel the current subscription and then guide you through resubscribing with the correct email and plan.

2. Transfer Membership to a New Account

Alternatively, we can transfer your VIP membership to a new account. To do this, we’ll need:

• A copy of your payment receipt showing the subscription package purchased on CAD Reader

• Your assistance in filling out and signing the membership transfer form attached below

Once we receive the required details, we’ll proceed with the option you choose.
