Editor not opening
Hi I have just updated my macbook to the latest operating software and since, I have been unable to open the Editor side of the software. Usually I am able top click on the 'Editor' icon, where it will prompt me to sign in, I duly sign in and it open another window where I can work on edits to any document. Since upgrading my operating software, the icon doesn't seem to be responsive. It doesn't give me the option to log in. The account tab is still operation and show me the status of my account (I have about 10 months of my subscription left).
Is there a possible solution to this?
In addition to this, I noticed CAD Reader had also done an update through the App store.
Any help would be gratefully received.

First, locate the CAD Reader app in your Applications folder. Right-click on it and select “Show Package Contents.” Then, go to the Contents/Helpers folder and find the Editor Assistant app file. Double-click to open it, and once it's launched, access the editor from the toolbar.
