How to Set Up Keyboard Shortcut Commands in Planform?

Using keyboard shortcuts is one of the most efficient ways to speed up quantity take-off workflows in Planform. You can customize shortcuts for your most-used commands in the Shortcuts section under Preferences. Below are the quick overview and step-by-step guide to help you get started.:

1.     Use modifier keys: Combine keys like Shift, Alt, and Ctrl with other inputs to create custom shortcuts. 

2.     Assign new shortcuts: Planform includes default shortcuts for several commands, but you can modify them to suit your workflow.

Step-by-step guide:

1.     Launch the Planform application on your Windows device.

2.     Press the F2 key on your keyboard, or click the icon located at the top-right corner of the window (just to the left of the minimize button).

3.     In the Shortcuts panel, select the command you want to customize and enter your preferred key combination.
