white screen


when i open any drawing nothing appears. it worked before. if i go to editor it works.

i have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling without success.

May I know what kind of antivirus software is installed on your laptop? Are you using Microsoft Defender or a third-party solution? If it's a third-party antivirus, could you please provide its name?

Please check if your graphics card driver updated to latest version?

Method 1: Downloading from the manufacturer's website 

  1. Press the Windows key + R.
  2. Type "DxDiag" and click OK.
  3. Once the DirectX Diagnostic Tool loads, go to the Display tab.
  4. The name and manufacturer of your graphics card will be listed in the Device section. The current driver version will be shown under the Drivers section.
  5. Visit the manufacturer's website to download and install the latest driver.
  6. Then try to launch CAD drawing again


Method 2: Using Device Manager 

  1. Open Device Manager: Type "Device Manager" in the Windows search bar and open the application. 
  2. Locate your graphics card: Expand "Display adapters" and find your graphics card. 
  3. Right-click and update: Right-click on your graphics card and select "Update driver". 
  4. Choose a method:
  • Search automatically for updated driver software: Windows will automatically search for and install the latest driver if it finds one. 
  • Browse my computer for driver software: This option allows you to manually select a downloaded driver. 

5. Follow the on-screen instructions: The driver installation wizard will guide you through the process.
