Text Search in PDF to find key information instantly

In the fields of architecture and design, PDF drawing is essential for professionals. As projects expand in scope, PDF drawings grow more intricate, making the ability to quickly and precisely locate specific text crucial. Steps:

2. Press Ctrl + F if you’re using a Windows computer device, or press Command + F if you’re using a Mac computer. Then, you can enter the word or text you want to locate in the Search Content dialog box.
3. Click on ‘Search’ button
4. Set the searchable range within the PDF file using Page Range or Search type
5. Select the ‘Show Result List’ to expand the search result and display all the keywords along with their related sentences in full.
6. Use the ‘Mark Checked’ function to highlight or count check on the selected results.
7. Utilize the highlight and count check function to identify and organize your selection.
8. All related keywords will be flagged in red for easy identification.
9. You can export the result into excel format.
