How to integrate photos into PDF drawing?
Background:
Engineers, safety officers, and construction teams often take photos at construction sites to document safety hazards, progress, or issues. In order to deal with the need for clear, detailed, and well-organized visual records. PlanForm has introduced a new tool that enables users to insert photos directly into their drawings. This feature enhances the ability to document and visualize specific details within the blueprint, improving clarity and communication.
Steps:
- Select ‘Markup’ at the ribbon
- Click on the ‘Insert Image’ function under the drop-down list
- Choose your photo to insert
- You can easily duplicate the image and modify the properties by moving your cursor to the image
