How do I erase the comments or annotations in a PDF file using PlanForm?

1. Erase : Remove all markups and whiteout the selected area.
The erase function in PlanForm is a valuable tool for concealing sensitive information, such as pricing in tender quotations. This feature enables users to present documents while ensuring the protection of private and confidential data.
2. Erase Comment: Remove selected markup only.
This function is beneficial for users who need to modify previous markups or modify the existing measurement, as it allows them to remove selected annotations or edit in the PDF file efficiently.
3. Clear All Comments: Remove and clear all markups within the PDF file.
This function allows user to clear all annotations or edit in the PDF file entirely from all pages within the PDF file.
Steps :
1. First of all, make sure your computer has installed PlanForm, if not yet installed, please download the installation package from the official website and install it.

2. Open a PDF file that contains annotation that need to be modify.
3. Select the ‘Erase’ tool at the ribbon.
4. Click on the ‘Erase’ function under the drop-down list.
5. Point your cursor to the area that require whiteout to hide specific text, images, or sections on the page.
6. Cover the section with a white rectangle so the contents are no longer visible in the PDF file.
7. Click on the ‘Erase Comment’ function under the drop-down list.
8. Point your cursor to the specific annotation that need to be remove .
9. Left click on the annotation to remove it from the PDF file.
10. Click on the ‘Clear All Comment’ function under the drop-down list.
11. A pop-up window will confirm if the user wants to remove all the comments and annotation in the PDF document entirely throughout all the pages.
12. Select ‘OK’ if you wish to continue with the removal of all the comments and annotations.
13. Select ‘Cancel’ if you wish not to continue with the removal of all the comments and annotations.
14. Please note that all the ‘Erase’ function can be undone by using ‘CTRL+Z’.
