How to Insert Images, Excel Tables, and Signature Stamps into PDF Drawings?

In construction project management, inserting on-site photos into PDF drawings provides clear guidance, records progress,

and ensures quality and safety management. PlanForm offers multiple ways to insert images.

1. Direct Insert

Open the drawing in PlanForm.

②Click “Markup”, then select “Insert Image”.

③Choose the desired image from your files to quickly insert it into the PDF.

2. Copy and Paste

Copy an image using (Ctrl + C).

Right-click inside the PDF drawing and select Paste (Ctrl + V) to insert the image.

Inserting an Excel Table into a PDF Drawing

TheBill of Quantities (BQ) is usually stored in Excel. You can insert an Excel table into a PDF drawing using the same method:

①Select the required content in Excel and copy it using (Ctrl + C).

②Right-click inside the PDF drawing and select Paste (Ctrl + V) to insert the table.

Inserting a Signature Stamp

Upon project completion, it is often necessary to add a signature stamp to drawings or reports. PlanForm fully supports this feature.
